STRIKE SETTLEMENT-SOME COMMENTS

BSNL, our beloved company has given everything to us even at difficult situation and now it is our turn to reciprocate. All of us with the same unity, commitment and dedication have to work hard so that our revenue increases at least by 10% to 15% this year. This is the commitment given by Association / Unions to the Management.  -SNEA

Dear Comrades!  Grand Success for our demand.  78.2 % IDA merger is accepted without any reduction in our existing allowances.  We unitedly break the stalemate and win our demand.  This is really a historic and a price for solidarity and unity of all associations and unions.  This will teach a better lesson to the black-leggers and the fifth column who are always away from main stream and passing comments.  We will keep this unity in future to save our BSNL from the present serious condition.  Congratulations to all comrades who are in the fore front  in the struggle.  We salute them.  The details will be uploaded shortly.    Strike deferred.---AIBSNEA

In response to the notice for strike given by the National Union of BSNL workers (FNTO) and forum of BSNL unions/Associations, elaborate discussions took place between the BSNL Management and signed the agreement to grant 78.2% w.e.f 1.1.2007 subject to approval by the competent authority. The actual payment will be made prospectively and this will be applicable for the pensioners also.

The issue of child care leave will be taken up with the BSNL Board for re-consideration. For the purpose of Superannuation benefits to directly recruited employees as per DPE guidelines a committee will beconstituted to re-examine the issue. .FNTO

கூறியதாக SNEA, AIBSNLEA சங்க வெப் சைட்களில் கூறப்பட்டு உள்ளது. இதன் மூலம் அங்கீகாரம் பெற்றவர்கள் லாபம் இருந்தபொழுது 78.2 சத DA மெர்ஜரை பெறத் தவறி, ஊழியர்க்கு கடும் நஷ்டத்தை ஏற்படுத்தியது நிரூபிக்கப்பட்டு உள்ளது.

மொத்தத்தில், போராட்டத்தை முடித்துக்கொண்டே ஆக
வேண்டும் என்ற நிர்பந்தத்தில் அவசரகதியில் உருவான 
ஒப்பந்தமாக இந்த ஒப்பந்தம் உள்ளது.

கடந்த காலங்களில் உக்கிரமான போராட்டங்கள் உச்சத்தில் இருக்கும்போது, NFTE தலைமை போட்ட உடன்பாடுகளுடன் ஒப்பிடும் போது, தற்போது ஏற்பட்டுள்ள உடன்பாடு,மிகுந்த ஏமாற்றம் அளிக்கும் வகையில் உள்ளது. அடிமட்ட சங்க நிர்வாகிகளின் கடின உழைப்பு, விழலுக்குஇரைத்த நீராக ஆகிவிட்டது.—கோவை மாவட்டசங்கம்
