TMTCLUTN  சார்பில் தோழர் செல்வம் ,  மேலும் சார்பாளராக  தோழர்கள் கோவை SSG , காமராஜ்,புதுவை கலந்து கொள்ள உள்ளனர்.

பேச்சுவார்த்தையில்  முன்னேற்றம்  இல்லை . நிர்வாகத்தின் அணுகுமுறையில்  தீர்வு செய்யும்  எண்ணம்  இல்லை . நேரிடை  ஊழியர்களின்  ஓய் வு தியம்  கோடை 2 % த்திலிருவ்து  3% சதம தர முன்வந்துள்ளது . நமது  உறுதியான  போராட்டம்  மட்டுமே  பிரச்சனையை  தீர்க்கும்.

ஒருகோடி கையேழுத்து இயக்கம் துவக்க சிறப்புக்கூட்டம் 22/12/2014 அன்றுபுதுவையில் நடைபெற்றது. தோழர் P.காமராஜ், தலைமை ஏற்க,A. சுப்ரமணியன் வரவேற்புரை வழங்கிட, புதுவை மாநில மத்திய சங்கங்களின் தலைவர்கள், V.S. அபிசேகம், AITUC, V.G. நிழவழகன்,CITUA. பாப்புசாமிATU,, A. கபிரியல்,MLF ப்ரன்சுவாLPF,சோ.பாலசுப்பிரமணியன்,AICCTU, ஆகியோர் அரசின் கொள்கைகளை எதிர்த்து போராடும் BSNL  தொழிற்சங்கங்களை வாழ்த்தி தாங்களும் ஒருகோடி கையேழுத்து இயக்கத்தில் பங்குபெற்று புதுவையில் ஒரு லட்சம் கையேழுத்து பெற்றுதர உறுதி கூறிஉள்ளனர்.

Decisions of the Meeting of the Forum of BSNL Unions / Associations held on 19th December 2014
After detailed discussion on the agitational programme including the Indefinite Strike with effect from
17th March 2015 decided by the Forum on the issue of Revival of BSNL, the following decisions were
taken in the meeting of the Forum of BSNL Unions/Associations held on 19th December 2014.
Agitational Programmes for Revival of BSNL including Indefinite Strike from 17th March 2015:
1. The Convener, Forum, will address / contact all the applicant unions in BSNL to be part of the Save
BSNL campaign and programme of action of the Forum.
2. The Memorandum to the Prime Minister should be translated in Hindi and circulated to the circles
in Hindi area. The Circle Secretaries of non‐Hindi areas should translate the same in the regional
language and circulate. Start the campaign immediately and collect maximum signatures on the
Memorandum by holding meetings, meeting the public in and explaining the situation in BSNL etc. so
that One Crore Signature can be collected as per the target fixed.
3. Efforts should be made to meet the Communications Minister by the Forum on the issues
connected with the Revival of BSNL.
4. Now that the date of the strike has been postponed to 17th March 2015, another notice should be
issued to the CMD BSNL and Secretary DOT within the stipulated time as per rules.
5. Forum Circle/SSA units to be formed urgently, wherever it has not been formed so far. Circle
Conventions should be organised with the full participation of all unions/associations. The Circle unit of
the Forum will discuss and decide the dates of the Convention. Regular meetings of the Forum should be
conducted.
6. Propaganda material for the SAVE BSNL Campaign should be prepared and circulated widely.
7. Meet the Member of Parliament of the constituency and present the issues on Revival of BSNL,
requesting him to take up the issue with the government..
8. Approach unions of Central Government, State Governments, PSUs etc. for solidarity and support
to the SAVE BSNL campaign.
9. Make all out efforts to make all programmes of action successful with maximum participation of
workers.

செய்திகள் 

பரிவு  அடிப்படை வேலைக்கான விண்ணப்பங்களை
 மார்ச் 2015க்குள் மாநில அலுவலகத்திற்கு அனுப்பிடுமாறு 
மாநிலச்சங்கம் கேட்டுக்கொண்டுள்ளது. 
மார்ச் 2015க்குப்பின் வரும் விண்ணப்பங்கள் மார்ச் 2016ல்தான் பரிசீலிக்கப்படும் என கூறப்படுகின்றது.
 எனவே தோழர்கள் கூடுதல் கவனம் செலுத்தவும்.

பரிவு அடிப்படை பணிக்கு விண்ணப்பம் அனுப்புவது சம்பந்தமாக 
டெல்லி தலைமையகம் 15/12/2014 அன்று 
கீழ்வரும் விளக்கங்களை அளித்துள்ளது. 

• ஏற்கனவே டெல்லி தலைமையகத்தால் நிராகரிக்கப்பட்ட விண்ணப்பங்கள் மீண்டும் பரிசீலிக்கப்படமாட்டாது.
• 30/09/2014 தேதி வரை 55ம் அதற்கு மேலும் மதிப்பெண் பெற்றிருந்த விண்ணப்பங்கள் மாநில மட்டத்தில் பரிசீலனைக்கு எடுத்துக்கொள்ளப்படும்.
• நீதிமன்றம்  மூலம் உத்திரவு பெறப்பட்ட விண்ணப்பங்களும், நிர்வாக கவனத்திற்கு மீண்டும் கொண்டு வரப்பட்ட,  பரிதாபமான   குடும்ப சூழல் உள்ள விண்ணப்பங்களும் பரிசீலனைக்கு எடுத்துக்கொள்ளப்படும்.
•  ஊழியர் இறந்தபோது உள்ள குடும்ப சூழல் கணக்கில் கொள்ளப்பட்டு மறு பரிசீலனை என்பது மேற்கொள்ளப்படும்.

மாற்றலுக்கு உள்ளான பல அதிகாரிகளும் ஊழியர்களும் டெல்லி தலைமையகத்திற்கு படையெடுத்து அரசியல் செல்வாக்கு மூலம் மாற்றலை ரத்து செய்ய முயற்சி செய்கின்றனர். 

இனிமேல் யாரும் அவ்வாறு ஈடுபட்டால் அவர்கள் மீது 
BSNL நன்னடத்தை விதிகளின் கீழ் ஒழுங்கு நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப்படும் என டெல்லித்தலைமையகம் 16/12/2014 அன்று எச்சரித்துள்ளது. 
ஆனால் அதே தேதியில் பல அதிகாரிகளுக்கு மாற்றலை 
மறு பரிசீலனை செய்தும் நிர்வாகம் உத்திரவிட்டுள்ளது. 

BSNL மற்றும் MTNL நிறுவனங்களுக்கு CMD இன்னும் நியமிக்கப்படவில்லை. இம்மாத இறுதிக்குள் தனது பரிந்துரையை DOT அரசிற்கு கொடுக்கும் என்று எதிர்பார்க்கப்படுகின்றது. 
இந்நிலையில் தற்போதுள்ள தற்காலிக CMDகளுக்கு இரண்டு மாதம் பணி நீட்டிப்பு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளதாக கூறப்படுகின்றது.

22/12/2014 அன்று 30 அம்சக்கோரிக்கைகள் மீது நிர்வாகத்துடன் JAC ஊழியர் கூட்டமைப்பு பேச்சு வார்த்தை நடத்துகின்றது.

23/12/2014 அன்று  டெல்லியில்   அனைத்து சங்கத்தலைவர்களுக்கும் 
ERP பற்றி விரிவான விளக்கவுரை நிர்வாகத்தால் வழங்கப்படுகின்றது. மாவட்ட மட்டங்களிலும்  ஊழியர்களுக்கும், தொழிற்சங்க தலைவர்களுக்கும் ERP பற்றிய உரிய விளக்கம் அளிக்கப்பட வேண்டும்

Pensioners can never forget 17^th December. It was on this day in the year 1982 that the historic judgment by the constitutional bench headed by the Chief Justice Chandrachud in the famous case filed by Nakara was delivered to up hold the fundamental right of pension by the Pensioners.

The judgment had categorically ruled that “ (i) that pension is neither a bounty nor a matter of grace depending upon the sweet will of the employer and that it create a vested right subject to 1972 rules which are statutory in character because they are enacted in exercise of powers conferred by the proviso to Art.309 and clause (5) of Art.148 of the constitution; (ii) that pension is not an ex-gratia payment but it is a payment for the past service rendered and (iii) it is a social welfare measure rendering socio-economic justice to those who in the heyday of their life ceaselessly toiled for the employer on an assurance that in their old age they would not be left in lurch ’’

Incidentally Shri.Nakara who was born in the year 1914 and entered in Government Service in the year 1937 and retired in the year 1972 went to court and fought heroically for ten long years to get the above historic judgment in the year 1982 had passed away in the year 2009 at his age of 96. This year being the centenary year of his birth, it is appropriate to celebrate his centenary of birth along with the Pensioners Day on 17-12-2014 as the Day of “ Pensioners Day – Senior Citizens Day – and Centenary year of Birth of Nakara”.
