LOCAL COUNCIL MEETING

தலமட்ட குழு கூட்டம் 29/01/2014 அன்று நடைபெற உள்ளது.
நிர்வாகம் 3 பிரச்சனைகளை முன் வைத்துள்ளது.
நமது சங்க சார்பில் தோழர்கள் மஹெஸ்வரன்,ஆறுமுகம் பார்வையாளராக கலந்து கொள்ள உள்ளனர்.
Agenda items with expalnatary notes

1)     Provision of Rent free SIM to the CSC Staff and Power Plant Staff  on Need basis,

The CSC is the front end Of BSNL to cater all needs of subscribers of BSNL service on the spot to their satisfaction. To Improve the Morale and boost their working the rent free SIM  may  be provided to all left out employees.
The power plant employees also need to contact the various out side agencies at the time of Power failure and they are need to work in add hours.For this the  rent free SIM is absolutly necessary  and request the same may be provided for better function.

2)     Supply of Toolskit/Powershoe/Rain coat/ Warm coat to TTA’s

The newly appointed and promoted TTA’s are not supplied with above  till date .
Some of the TTA’s are copleted the period of supply. Kindly take necessary measures to supply the same to eligilble. The Power shoe supplied to TTA’s working at Power Plant and BTS.
3)     Filling up of Supervisory duties of Clerical Cadre.

As per the reply to RTI the CGM office Lr no;-RTIA/1-1(1450)/2013 furnished that the Supervisory duties of Clerical Cadre post available as follows at Puducherry.
SSS-1,SS-5. It also reiterates  that the same may be filled as per the DOT lr no 27-4/87 TE II dated 18/03/1992. Kindly take necessary actions to fill the same at earliest.
4)      Abolition of Sunday duty to TM at RLU/RSU

The earlier GM requested the staff unions on good will to cooperate for few months to perform  indoor duties by out door TM till the remote alarm may be provided. No action to provide the same  till date even after 2 years. More over the out door TMs are also deputed on working days  for the leave period indoor duties eventhough the TTA/Indoor duties  available. The off on working days also created problems in attending the faults and duration. So the practice of outdoor TM for indoor duty may be abolised with alternate  arrangements.




5)     Tenure for the Udhaan/sales/BTS

The staff of Udhaan/sales/BTS were completed 4 years of service .Some of staff had completed 5 years service . Some were retired . So the need to reorganise the same. Willing  Good track record staff may be permitted to continue and new option  for the officals  who are un willing to continue.

6)     Vaccant Qrs  :- In regard to vaccant qrs the same may be alloted to needy staff without  any delay. This will fetch  revenye as well as satisfation from the staff also. More over the vaccant staff qrs may be intimated to EB office to avoid recurring fixed bill for the unused period.This will avoid considerable hardship and loss of money.

7)     Leave reserve to cash counters

The Leave reserve to cash counters   may be called for with suitable incentive  for the period of leave . More over the TM also may be used  on willing basis like other  SSAs. Non viable counters may be manned for a week during the pay dates. More over the cash counters  working at CSC may be shifted to Basement from 0800 to 2000 Hrs to avoid rush standing in front of the CSC.

8)     Rain coat to Left out TM’s
The rain coat  periodisity falls normally every 8 years and restricted to the TMs working at outdoor. The  TM Posted to indoor at the time of issue and later date they were transferred to outdoor  deprived of the benefit for the next 7 years if they will be in service.So the left out TMs  may be supplied with rain coat at earliest.

9)     Scrapping of unused/unwanted items
Kindly speedup the available unused/unwanted scrap for selling , This fetch revenue and aswell as protected from  slow  un noticed theft.

10)  Inclusion of staffside members to womencell.
The women cell may be reorgonised with members of recogonised non executive unions to give fare and confidence among staff side.
