answer my few questions & Get my Vote for "BSNL Excuse Union" ??
1. Why there is no Dr.TTA as Circle President & Circle
Secretary in BSNLEU all over India ??
2. Why in the last election BSNLEU posted that 30% fitment is
not applicable for post-2007
TTAs and now the same EU is accepting that 30% fitment can be
given ?? Why U turn duringelections ??
3. Why there is no designation change when there is no financial
Loss to BSNL ??
4. Why there is no minimum Bonus as like in other PSUs ??
5. Why there is NO reservation for SC/ST employees in the
promotion policy (NEPP). ??
6. Why BSNLEU signed/agreed for the Compulsory Retirement Scheme
through CDA Rules-2006 ??
7. Why encashment of 10 days EL on leave travel concession is
stopped ?
8. Why EU agreed to the severe conditions imposed for
Compassionate Ground Appointments
which has resulted in denial of compassionate ground
appointments to thousands of families of deceased employees. ?
9. Why EU signed agreement for promotions with full of
discrimination/disparities compared tothe promotion policy for executives.??
10. Why EU silently watched the attempts made by the government
to delay the expansion ofBSNL and destroy its financial viability.??
11. Why BSNL is in huge loss and on the verge of 10,000 crore
loss?? During NFTE era, BSNLwas in 10,000 crore profit.??
12. Why EU cheated/disappointed our employees without
implementing any one of the pastpromises despite being a recognized union
continuously for 8 years from 2004 to 2012.??
13. Why agreed to remove 30% fitment for wage revision for all
those who entered departmentafter 1.1.2007.?? It has resulted in
reduction/recovery for the young employees.
14. Why EU agreed to curtail the BSNL MRS facilities to merely 2
children in a family.??
15. Why EU created a Complex transfer policy due to which huge
TTAs are waiting for transferto their hometowns ?? nobody is listening these
new TTAs.
16. Why EU created pay anomaly on 2nd wage revision even without
settling the pay anomalyarose out of first wage revision as promised.??
17. Why EU agreed to forego the arrears for 45 months on NEPP.??
18. Why EU created a fear in the minds of our employees about
getting pay and allowancesevery month regularly in future ?
19. Why BSNLEU put Transfer Terror in the minds of all
Employees??
20. Why there is no regular promotions in BSNLEU's last 8 yrs of
rule ??
21. Why there is long delay in JTO-LICE exam ??
22. Why JTO-LICE service condition was not reduced to 5yrs as per
Twice agreement withSNATTA??
23. Why there is no TA for broadband Field staff ??
24. Why there is no superannuation (retirement) benefit to BSNL
recruited Staff (DirectRecruited - DR) ??
25. Why there is 5 year long delay in Child care Leave for BSNL
women employees ??
26. Why there is no Fixed Medical allowance ??
27. Why Fake Promises again and again ??\
28.. list is full of their failures........ ??
Why one should vote for BSNLEU now when there is
so much failures associated with them ??---
