NEW DELHI: Government will soon finalise a business process outsourcing (BPO) policy for small towns that will create a big business opportunity for state-owned BSNL, which has a vast telecom network across the country, Telecom Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad said today.

"We are likely to finalise the BPO policy for smaller towns soon. Once this policy comes with a proper enabling atmosphere, you understand the kind of opportunity that would explode for BSNL. They would need landline and your landline network is everywhere," Prasad said.

சங்க நிர்வாகிகளுக்கு மாற்றல் விதிவிலக்கு 

BSNLலில் அங்கீகரிக்கப்பட்ட முதலாம் மற்றும் 

இரண்டாம் சங்கங்களின் நிர்வாகிகளுக்கு மாற்றலில் இருந்து விதிவிலக்கு அளித்து BSNL நிர்வாகம் ஏற்கனவே உத்திரவிட்டிருந்தது. அதில் கூடுதல் திருத்தங்கள் செய்து 13/03/2015 

அன்று மேலும் உத்திரவு வெளியிட்டுள்ளது.

அதன்படி 

• அங்கீகரிக்கப்பட்ட  முதல் மற்றும் இரண்டாம் சங்கங்களின் செயலர்,உதவிச்செயலர்  மற்றும் பொருளாளர் ஆகியோருக்கு மாற்றலில்  இருந்து விலக்கு அளிக்கப்படும். 
• அங்கீகார காலமான 25/04/2013 முதல்  24/04/2016 வரை  இந்த   விலக்கு அளிக்கப்படும்.
• மேற்கண்ட சலுகை அகில இந்திய சங்கம் , மாநிலம் மற்றும் மாவட்டச்சங்கங்களுக்கு  பொருந்தும். கிளைகளுக்கு இச்சலுகை இல்லை.
• சங்கம் மாறினாலும்  இச்சலுகையை ஒரு முறை மட்டுமே அனுபவிக்க முடியும். மாற்று சங்கங்களுக்கு சென்று மறுபடியும் இச்சலுகையை அனுபவிக்க முடியாது. 
• மாவட்ட மட்டத்தில் ஒரு முறை அனுபவித்தால் மறுமுறை மாநில அளவில்தான் சலுகையை அனுபவிக்க  இயலும்.

அதிகாரிகள் சங்கங்களுக்கான மாற்றல் விதிவிலக்கு உத்திரவில் மேற்கண்ட சலுகை அங்கீகார காலம் முழுமையும் செல்லும் என நிர்வாகம் கூறியிருந்தது. தற்போது இது ஊழியர் சங்கங்களுக்கும் பொருந்தும் என நிர்வாகம் உத்திரவிட்டுள்ளது.

President and GS met the Director(HR) and raised the following issues:-
(I) National Council meeting:-
The NC meeting was due in December, 2014 but it could not materialize.
Pressed for holding of meeting by 1st week of April. The Director (HR) was not
aware that items of agenda have been submitted long ago to SR Cell.
(II) Deolittee recommendations:-
The union leaders conveyed their anguish and anger over approval of
consultant’s recommendations by board without taking the unions into
confidence. This has been done due to rigid attitude of DOT’s nominees in
the meeting of 26th February.
(III) Settlement of issues pending in the Board:-
Director (HR) indicated for settlement in April, 2015.
(IV) Promotion of Deptl Candidates to the Cadre of TTA:-
The union impressed upon the Director (HR) to issue orders to the effect that
the successful Deptl candidates be promoted to TTA Cadre in their parent
SSAs. Director (HR) responded favorably.

Plan for Revival of BSNL

CHQ on Plan for Revival of BSNL : It is reliably learnt that the BSNL Board in its meeting, held on 26th February, has approved all the recommendations of Deloitte after the consultant’s presentation to them. It is astonishing that the Management has not consulted the unions as assured during 9th February meeting.

டெலாய்ட் கமிட்டி பரிந்துரையை ஏற்பது என நிர்வாகம் முடிவு செய்துள்ளதாக தகவல் கிடைத்துள்ளது. கடைசியாக நடந்த 9 பிப்ரவரி மீட்டிங்கில் நம்மை கன்சல்ட் செய்யாமல் எந்த முடிவும் எடுக்க மாட்டோம் என்று கூறிய நிர்வாகம் இன்று இது பற்றி எதுவும் சங்கங்களிடம் பேசவில்லை.
