நமது தமிழ்நாடு தொலைதொடர்பு வட்ட முதன்மை பொது மேலாளர் சங்க அலுவலகத்தை திறந்து வைத்தார்.

மாநில செயலர் பட்டாபி,முன்னாள் சம்மேளன செயலர் R K , ஒப்பந்த ஊழியர் சங்க மாநில செயலர் தமிழ்மணி, மாநில சங்க சிறப்பு அழைப்பாளர்கள் ஜெயபால் சேது ஆகியோர் கலந்து கொண்டு சிறப்பித்தனர் .நமது மாவட்ட செயலர் இரா ஸ்ரீதர் சங்க அலுவலக பெயர் பலகையை திறந்து வைத்து வாழ்த்துரையாற்றினார் 

திரளான தோழர்கள் கலந்து கொண்ட மாவட்ட மாநாட்டில் தோழர் மணி மீண்டும் மாவட்ட செயலராக தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்டார் .  வாழ்த்துக்கள் .

மாநில சேம நல நிதி கூட்டம் 29-11-2013

மாநில சேம நல நிதி கூட்டத்திற்கு முன் தயாரிப்புக்காக 29-11-2013 அன்று முற்பகலில் மாநில சேம நலக்குழு NFTE உறுப்பினர் இரா ஸ்ரீதர் , மாநில செயலர் R பட்டாபிராமன் மற்றும் RGMTTC கிளை செயலர் சீனிவாசன் ஆகியோருடன் மாநில சங்க அலுவலகத்தில் விவாதித்தார்  மாலையில் மாநில சேம நல நிதிக்குழு கூட்டம் புதிதாக கிரீம்ஸ் சாலையில் மாற்றப்பட்ட CGM அலுவலக CONFERENCE HALL-ல்  -அலுவலகத்திலேயே முதல் கூட்டமாக  நடைபெற்றது .CGM திரு.அஷ்ரப் கான்  அவர்கள் தலைமை தாங்கினார். GM (HR ) திருமதி R இராதா அவர்கள் வரவேற்றார் . புதிய கட்டிடத்தில் நடக்கும் முதல் கூட்டமாக ஊழியர் சேம நலக்கூட்டம் நடைபெறுவது குறித்து மகிழ்ச்சி தெரிவித்தார் .DGM (A ) திரு R .ரகுநாதன் செயல்பாட்டறிக்கையை தாக்கல் செய்தார் 

          

       பின்னர் நாம் அளித்த விவாதப்பொருள் 8 உட்பட விவாதிக்கப்பட்டது .

1. ஓய்வு பெறும்போது GIFT CHEQUE ரூ 1200/- லிருந்து ரூ 2000/- ஆக உயர்த்தல்-  ஏற்கப்பட்டது 

2. மூக்குக்கண்ணாடிக்காக ரூ 400/- லிருந்து ரூ 800/- உயர்த்தல்- ஏற்கப்பட்டது 

3. சேம நலப்பிரிவு ஊழியருக்காக மதிப்பூதியம் இரண்டு மடங்காக உயர்த்தல் - ஒப்புக்கொள்ளப்பட்டது 

4.புத்தக உதவித்தொகை , தொழிற்நுட்ப மற்றும் தொழிற்நுட்பமல்லாத படிப்பு உதவித்தொகையை உயர்த்திட கேரளா மற்றும் கர்நாடகா நடைமுறையை பரிசீலனை செய்து முடிவு செய்ய ஒப்புக்கொள்ளப்பட்டது 

5. திருமண கடன் தமிழகம் முழுவதும் ரூ 50000/-ஆக ஒரே மாதிரி அமுல்படுத்தப்படும்  திருமண கடன் ரூ 1 லட்சம் வரை உயர்த்துவது குறித்து அடுத்த கூட்டத்தில் சாதகமாக பரிசீலிக்க ஒப்புக்கொள்ளப்பட்டது 

6. பெண்களுக்கு முழுமையான மருத்துவ பரிசோதனை மீண்டும் ஒருமுறை அனுமதிக்க வேண்டப்பட்டது . முதன்மை பொது மேலாளர் இரு பாலருக்கும் அனுமதிக்கவும் தொகையை உயர்த்தவும் இசைந்துள்ளார் 

7.மருத்துவ முகாம்கள் -நல்ல யோசனை என்று வரவேற்கப்பட்டு முகாம் ஏற்பாடு செய்ய அனைத்து மாவட்டங்களுக்கும் குறிப்பு அனுப்ப ஒப்புக்கொள்ளப்பட்டது 

8. கடன் தவணை பிடித்தத்தை  HRMS PACKAGE -ல் இணைக்க CGM அலுவலக கணக்குப்பிரிவு முன்முயற்சி எடுக்கும். பூனா ITPC பிரிவுக்கு எழுதி உடனடியாக அமல்படுத்த ஏற்கப்பட்டது 

9. ஊழியர் வங்கி கணக்கு மூலம்( NEFT /RTGS ) மாவட்டங்களில் சேம நல கடன்களை வழங்கிட ஏற்கப்பட்டது 

10. வங்கிக்கடன் பெறும்போது இன்ஷூர் செய்வதன் முக்கியத்துவம் விவாதத்தில் வெளிப்பட்டது உரிய முறையில் வங்கியுடன் புரிந்துணர்வு ஒப்பந்தம் (MOU ) செய்யும்போது காப்பீடு செய்வதையும் இணைக்க கார்பரேட் அலுவலகம் டெல்லிக்கு பிரச்சினையை பரிசீலிக்க அனுப்ப ஒப்புக்கொள்ளப்பட்டது 

11.சேம நல மாதாந்திர சந்தா ரூ 50/- ஆக முந்தைய 09-01-2013 கூட்டத்தில்  எடுக்கப்பட்ட முடிவை தமிழகம் முழுவதும் அமல் செய்து சேமநல நடவடிக்கைகளை மேலெடுத்து செல்ல முடிவு செய்யப்பட்டது

ஓய்வூதிய இலாக்கா சில விளக்கங்களை கேட்டதின் அடிப்படையில் , ஓய்வு பெற்ற மூத்த தோழர்களுக்கான 78.2 சத IDA இணைப்பு சம்பந்தமான கோப்புகள் பல்வேறு பயணங்களுக்குப்பின் 

மீண்டும் BSNL அலுவலகம் திரும்பியுள்ளது. 

பல்வேறு பிரச்சினைகளுக்காக ஓய்வூதியப்பலன்கள் நிறுத்தப்பட்ட தோழர்களுக்கு உடனடியாக தற்காலிக ஓய்வூதியம் வழங்கிட நடவடிக்கை எடுத்திட  BSNL நிர்வாகத்தை DOT  கேட்டுக்கொண்டுள்ளது.

Dear Comrade,

I have enclosed herewith some of our views regarding the Draft RR of TTA, comparing 2001 with 2013 draft. Kindly do the needful.

Para wise comments

6. Disqualification

A  Para of exemptive nature is added in the draft rules respecting Personal Law and other grounds. But the rule is silent by not interpreting ‘the other grounds’.. It is left to the discretion of the Appointing Authority

7. Bond

For DR candidates Bond for 5 years is now reduced to 2 years. But one mandatory clause is introduced equating departmental candidates with fresher. The officials who fail to complete the training successfully will not be promoted is found in the clause. That point may be deleted regarding Departmental officials. It need not be in RR, they may issue some administrative orders insisting the same with some provision of enabling power to some authorities for resending them to training to give one more opportunity

8. This clause of 2001 speaks about Territorial Army Service. The new 8 speaks about power of BSNL board to relax any provision of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons. To avoid ambiguity, it is better to delete the line ‘with respect to any class or category.

11. Liability to serve anywhere in India/ Interest of service

  This is a new clause added. This may be  restricted within the limit of Circle in order to avoid any possible prejudice or victimization in the name of interest of service

Schedule

• Age limit for DR Candidates enhanced from 27 to 30. Taking into account of unemployment struggle and Gender Perspectives of women candidates, the age limit may be increased to 35 years.
• In the method of recruitment, 10 % Absorption is now withdrawn.. It may be continued. All those Group C and D Employees having Diploma/ Degree/ Equivalent qualification may be absorbed in 10 % vacancies. Minimum service may be prescribed like 3 years or 5 years
• Column 12 of RR 2001 is now in 11 of 2013. In the column 11, a provision may be added for non +2 candidates. Eligibility criteria for non + 2 to appear for TTA LICE 40 % may be thro pre qualifying Test.
• In the 11 i   some Correction is needed. Non Executives in the 9020 scale and above having 5 years residency period of either in the 9020 scale or above scale or on combined service of different scales of 9020 and above are eligible
• Note in column 12 of RR 2001 may also be placed in RR 2013

BSNL to roll out Rs 4,771 crore cable network for defence

KOLKATA: State-run Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd will roll out an Rs 4,771-crore optic fibre cable network for the army and navy by February next year, according to an internal telecom department note seen by ET. 

A 60,000-km optic fibre network is at the heart of the Rs 13,334-crore alternate communications backbone that BSNL will build for the army and naval forces over the next two years. Purchase orders for optic fibre cable gear will be placed in two months, the note showed. 

In an internal presentation to the telecom department, BSNL has indicated it will also roll out a Rs 2,611-crore IP or 'internet protocol' network for the defence ministry by next June. This apart, it will place orders for Rs 1,300 crore of transmission systems using DWDM or dense w ave division multiplexing' technology by next March.

Telecom PSU has offered its optic fibre cable network to set up 2,700 cameras

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) is likely to offer its vast optic fibre cable (OFC) network to the Chennai Police for installing 2,700 sophisticated cameras, intended to bring the entire city jurisdiction of 785 sq. km under the electronic eye.

According to police sources, BSNL engineers met Commissioner of Police S. George and explained how their OFC network, spread across the city, could provide suitable bandwidth for streaming live visuals. Chief Minister Jayalalithaa had announced the proposed installation of the surveillance cameras in the Assembly in April.

With each of the 135 police stations expected to get 20 cameras, police teams are finalising the areas where they could be deployed strategically. In a few months from now, the cameras may start rolling, enabling police to have live visuals of the city. OFC technology would facilitate faster transmission of data and provide high quality video, the sources said.

“We are now using web-casting to monitor agitations or any scene of disturbance live. This helps senior officers to take decisions on traffic diversions, arrest of protesters, deployment of additional manpower etc. Also, the activities of the people at the scene are recorded,” Mr. George said.

Meanwhile, police sources said 200 camera-mounted vehicles were set to be deployed for patrolling, crowd control and traffic management purposes. In the event of an emergency, the vehicles would reach the spot within minutes and render police services besides recording the happenings there.

Once the Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) network linking all the cameras is established, the focus will be on crime prevention, detection and traffic regulation. “We will effectively use the live visuals to ease traffic congestion and minimise road accidents. More than 3,000 people died in road accidents and hundreds of others were injured since 2010,” a police official said and added that the Poonnamallee High Road, GST Road, Maduravoyal Bypass Road, GNT Road and CTH Road had emerged the most treacherous stretches in recent years.
