வேலை நிறுத்தம் வெற்றியாக நடைபெற்று காரணத்தால் அழைத்து பேசினார் என வாய்சவடால் நம்புதிரி சங்கம் பெருமை பேசியுள்ளது. ஆனால் சங்கம் அழைத்து பேசமறுத்த ச்ம்ட் கண்டித்து ச்ம்ட் அறைமுன் தார்ணா நடத்தி பேச செய்தோம் எனெ வாக்குமூலம் அளித்துள்ளது.கெட்டிகாரன் புளூகு எத்தனை நாள்




In totality, it is observed that BSNL Management & Govt. is not at all interested to resolve any of the issue immediately but trying to lingering on the problems. In view of the above, to save BSNL & its employees, sustained struggle is needed and shortly JAC after analyzing the situation will further decide future course of actions which may be in terms of indefinite strike.

Subject: Notice for Strike on 15th December, 2011.
Sir,
In accordance with the provisions contained in Sub-Para (1) of Section 22 of ID Act, we
hereby serve Strike Notice for 15th December, 2011 for settlement of the demands appended
below.
1. Withdraw the proposal of VRS to staff.
2. Restore financial viability of BSNL
(a) Compensate for uneconomical activities done by BSNL and continue grant of support
of Rs.2,000 crores in lieu off ADC.
(b) Release BSNL from payment of Pension liability of 40% as per DOT orders of 15th
June, 2006.
(c ) Choice for selecting 3G spectrum.
(d) Reimbursement of License fee as assured at the time of formation of BSNL
(e) Refund of Rs 8313 crores paid towards BWA spectrum band
(f) Discontinue and disband all TACS.
3. Immediate procurement of equipments (GSM, Cables, Dropwires, Modem etc)
4. 78.2% IDA fixation
5. Restoration of Medical Allowance, Leave encashment and LTC facilities.
6. Take steps for early repatriation of non-optee ITS officers.
7. Minimum Bonus to staff akin to CG employees.
8. Ensure dialogue with all the registered and applicant unions and extend minimum Trade
Union facilities.
We are compelled to serve the strike Notice as these demands are unresolved for a long
time despite pursuance at different levels.
